Return Policy
We want you to love every item you purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it simple.
🕒 Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns on:
- Unused items in original condition and packaging
- Items with no signs of wear or damage
- Items returned with proof of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Opened or used organizers (due to hygiene and resale standards)
🔄 How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@purelyorganized.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it quickly, at no cost to you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
